Our Rovesters are always ready to bring their high-energy vibe to every corner of the city, and this event was no exception. Participating in this event was a meaningful way to contribute to supporting initiatives that bring people together and encourage a healthier, more active Dubai. Rove's superwomen have scored a hat-trick! 🏆✨ Not one, not two, but three of our head Rovesters have been listed in the Hotelier Middle East General Manager Power List 2024. 🌟 Deborah Lecci, Nila Pendarovski, and Stephanie H. Neuhold are prime examples of great leaders within the Rove brand and the hospitality industry, and we are super proud to see them all included in this year's power list. 💪💼 While each of these women is distinct, they share a common passion for hospitality, a caring spirit, and outstanding teamwork skills that make them excel at their roles. 🤝❤️ In the past year, their accomplishments speak volumes. From driving the brand’s sustainability efforts to partnering with global events such as COP28 UAE and UNTOLD or delivering amazing commercial results at Rove’s largest property (586 keys) and supporting the community during times of need, they’ve all achieved great milestones over the last 12 months. 🏅 With 50% of our hotel management roles held by women and numerous female leaders across the organisation, Rove is committed to fostering an environment where opportunities for growth are available to all. October was a very busy month for Rove in many aspects. 🎉 One of the areas we've been particularly active in has been raising awareness about breast cancer and celebrating survivors through various events across our properties. 🎀 Pinktober is close to our hearts ❤️, and we’re proud to engage with local communities. Recently, we hosted several initiatives, including the Pink Cooking Challenge by Dr Rajul Matkar at Rove Downtown, awareness sessions at Rove Expo City with Mediclinic Middle East, and our Sewing for Comfort event at Rove Dubai Marina, where we recycled over 100 pillowcases from our hotel into comfort pillows for those undergoing breast cancer surgery. 🌸 A special thanks to Stephanie H. Things were getting a little out of hand, so we thought, why not take it up a notch and have some fun with it? 😉 At Rove, we love to do things a little differently. When we saw the Pistachio Kunafa craze taking over the world, we knew it was our moment to have some fun. So, we asked ourselves... why not turn everything in our hotel into pistachio kunafa? From key cards to pillows – nothing was off-limits, and things did get a little messy! In just 24 hours, our video racked up almost 200,000 views and got shared thousands of times!
