What an inspiring day at Serviceplan Group annual Innovation Day at our #HouseofCommunication in Munich! Under our #futurePositive motto, we explored insights that are shaping our future. Highlights included Adam Davidson’s thought-provoking session on the future of the economy, and Cathy Hackl deep dive into AI, spatial computing, and future trends (looking forward to seeing you in Dubai in January). I was proud that our partners at Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Munir Khoja Mohamed Shams Rami Turki Mirza, Faisal have joined us all the way from Saudi Arabia and experienced firsthand the energy and excitement around these forward-thinking topics. Our ECD, Saleh El Ghatit, delivered a masterclass on humor in advertising, with a special focus on the Middle East, which resonated with a European audience curious about Saudi Arabia and the region’s evolving market. Big thanks to Munir Khoja for sharing his valuable insights with the audience as part of these masterclass sessions. To top it off, the day ended with a truly inspiring session led by none other than Italian design legend Alberto Alessi. # 6/8 - The Treeless Map In the weeks leading up to the partnership kicking off, we were tasked with increasing Jameel Motorsport's brand equity in the gaming world, while pushing their sustainability goals. What better way to do so than leveraging the massive Fortnite tournament during the Esports World Cup? So we created a custom map in the immensely popular Fortnite. Karim Mroueh Hussein Jaber Ahmad Hijjeh Tino Najera Rahul Sharma Sameer Suri The Treeless Map was made to challenge players by removing, as the name suggests, almost all of the trees in the map. Trees in Fortnite are the primary resource for gameplay, competing and eventually winning. The game becomes much more difficult without them. By including facts & figures in game and broadcasting the map through the biggest creators in the region, we educated players on how we would face similar challenges on our one and only planet if we continue to let deforestation increase at these record rates. Players and viewers learned a valuable lesson from Jameel Motorsport - all while playing and watching the game they love. The results spoke for themselves: 🕹 Over 10,300 concurrent players ! 👀 More than 121,000 unique viewers on streaming platforms! ⏱ Average session length of 14 minutes (the average YouTube ad is watched for a few seconds).
