It’s all about clarity and leadership: ➊ When employees strongly agree they understand what makes their brand unique, they’re 11.3x more likely to feel connected to their culture. ➋ If they strongly agree that leadership is committed to the cultural values, they’re 9.8x more likely to rate their workplace culture as “excellent.” A culture that’s clear, consistent, and led authentically by leadership isn’t just a nice-to-have – it’s essential.
