WE ARE HIRING 📣 Facility Supervisor with a strong background in maintenance supervision in an office/factory setting, along with expertise in MEP systems and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the building infrastructure, including housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, and inspections. 2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and expenditures. 3. Collaborate with the maintenance manager to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on operations. 4. Manage a team of facility technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. 5. Oversee the inspection and repair of MEP systems, identifying and addressing any issues to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. 6. Monitor and manage the facility's utility usage. 7. Manage facility projects, including renovations and expansions. 8. Coordinate with utility providers, civil defense, negotiate and identify subcontractor orders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in building maintenance supervision preferably within an industrial production environment - In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop maintenance staff. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual available in UAE to join our team as a Document Controller. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and collect cutting sheets from the workshop - Verify and transfer heat numbers into traceability summary - Archive cutting sheets - Coordinate, collect Quality Control reports from quality engineers and compile - Enter Quality Reports number in the traceability summary - Coordinate and obtain necessary approvals from the client in the compiled quality  reports - Scan and save reports/documents in the relevant project folders - Compile hard copies of reports in the approved file format/index - Retrieve documents/reports when required - Undertake responsibility for those aspects of the Integrated Management System (Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) over which having control - Perform other relevant tasks as required by Quality Engineers / QHSE Manager Qualifications: - Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in documents control / management or a related role - Qualifications / Experience in MS office Please submit your resumes to : Tatsiana.kibkova@ungersteel.com
