Yesterday Rohde & Schwarz Emirates L.L.C together with the German Consulate General in Dubai and leading universities across the UAE had the great honor to proudly launch the women and youth empowerment initiative. It was fitting today to keynote at #EmpowermentDay for #YoungWomen, #WorldMentalHealthDay, led by Annegret Steudner Rohde & Schwarz Aerospace, Defense & Security & University of Europe for Applied Sciences. It was humbling to be met by the warm reception and eager minds who responded to the conversation on #mentalhealth, #selfawareness, and #inclusivity. I have had the privilege of spending time at the University of Europe in Dubai, nestled beside the iconic Museum of the Future 🏛️. The auditorium was abuzz with enthusiastic girls and women eager to redefine #power in today's world. We shifted the focus from #empowerment to embracing our inherent #power. Often, we forget that we already possess this power, letting circumstances dictate our lives. It's time to #reclaim #control, #unlearn, and #relearn. I'm thrilled to see initiatives like Rohde & Schwarz Emirates L.L.C.'s #women and #youth #empowerment program, in partnership with the #German #Consulate #General The Optimisation Hub commitment to young Leaders / Careers/ Sports Management & Professional Athletes has been long held. In the great company of UAEs finest young minds, tommorows leaders we were directed questions that were well thought throughtout the day. Introducing Prof. Dr. Daniel Marco-Stefan Kleber, a highly qualified academic with over 11.5 years of teaching and industry experience, joining us at UE Dubai. Prof. Kleber holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and three German Master’s degrees in business-related fields. He was instrumental in the start-up phase of MODUL University Dubai, serving as Program Director in International Management and Economics. His extensive research focuses on Value Co-Creation and Innovation, with publications in SCOPUS-ranked journals. With expertise in International Business, Innovation Management, and Digital Business Models, Prof. Kleber brings a wealth of knowledge to our students, and we are excited to have him as part of the UE Dubai faculty.
