Innovative solutions for the hybrid working world: a look back at the Workspace Summit in Dubai 💡    We look back with gratitude on our involvement in the sustainable design of the WORKSPACE Exhibition summit stage during the INDEX Dubai Fair. This event provided an outstanding platform to discuss the transformative potential of hybrid working models and their impact on our cities and workplaces. 🙌🏽    Work and the city: shaping the future of the hybrid office 👩🏻💻🌇 In this context, Ernst Holzapfel, Marketing Director at Sedus, presented an insightfulkeynoteon the topic of “Work and the city: shaping the future of the hybrid office”. Holzapfel took the audience on an exciting journey through the opportunities and challenges of the hybridization of our working world and its impact on urban space. His presentation encouraged the audience to reflect on key questions:  - How is the hybrid model changing our cities?  - What new requirements are emerging for office spaces?  - How can third places such as cafés and coworking spaces be integrated into traditional office structures?    Panel discussion: Rethinking the working environment - sustainability and innovation in the age of hybrid work 🧑🏽💻 Another key event was the panel discussion organized by CoreNet Global Middle East, moderated by Ernst Holzapfel. Here, innovative strategies for creating sustainable, adaptableand effective working environments were highlighted. The main topics discussed included:   - Collaboration and hybrid working: How can teams work together effectively, regardless of their location?  - Interior design for well-being: What role does the physical work environment play in employee health and satisfaction?  - Occupancy rates and cost efficiency: How can workspaces be used optimally?  - Sustainable design practices: What materials and methods contribute to environmentally friendly office design?  - Integration of generations: How can different age groups work together effectively in a hybrid work environment?    🌱 Sedus and sustainability: Our contributions at the trade fair     Our commitment to sustainable solutions was also reflected at our Sedus stand. We presented working environments and furniture that were partly made from recycled materials and became a second life after being used in the German Pavilion at the last Dubai Expo as well as in our showroom in Dubai. This underlines our mission and vision: “We Really Care”. 🫱🏻🫲🏽 Special thanks to Joelle Nader and her team for their outstanding support at this inspiring event.     Our participation in the Workspace Summit in Dubai was a valuable opportunity to share the latest trends and innovations in the field of hybrid work and to develop sustainable solutions together.
