Lenskart.com is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I purchased Lenskart sunglasses from Flipkart, which clearly stated a one-year warranty. The coating started peeling off, so I reached out to Lenskart's customer service. They unhelpfully told me to visit a store. When I went to the store, they outright refused to assist, claiming they weren't responsible for products purchased from Flipkart and even had the audacity to accuse Flipkart of selling fake products. They wouldn't accept the Flipkart invoice and insisted that I seek warranty service from Flipkart. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Lenskart, how can you shirk responsibility for the products you sell on major eCommerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon? If you're not going to honor the warranties for products sold there, then stop selling on these platforms altogether. Your misleading practices are unfair to customers who trust your brand. Honor your warranties or get off these platforms!
