Al-Futtaim PayServe is an Al-Futtaim Group company which builds and delivers payment products, solutions and services for the various Al-Futtaim Divisions & brands to enable them to better engage and serve their consumers. We serve the needs of both the business and the shoppers – both online and in-store – across MEA and ASIA.
Our products, solutions and services, are built and delivered in partnership with 3rd party payments, fintech, financial services and technology players. They help us build trust, engagement and understanding between the customers and our stable of brands across multiple sectors, including Automotive, Retail, Malls, Real Estate, Construction, Insurance and Education Schools to name a few.
The business also acts as the ‘Center of Expertise’ for payments solutions and innovation for the Al-Futtaim Group across consumer credit, prepaid, commercial, payment acceptance – instore and online, as well as and payments analytics. It is also responsible for growing and managing the network of payments related partnerships including includes Banks, Payment Associations, Payment Solution Providers (PSPs), Fintechs and Loyalty Solution Providers, among others.
AF PayServe is an Al-Futtaim Group Company, established in 2019 and we currently operate in UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar in MEA and Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong in Asia.
