Three-day MORIN Project meeting took place in Tirana, hosted by our valuable partner European University of Tirana. A great meeting focused on creating Guidelines for Academic Recognition via Learning Outcomes. ** Day 1: The event started with warm welcoming remarks from the project coordinator (University of Vlora) and host university (European University of Tirana), who outlined the workshop's objectives and structure. The morning session featured insightful presentations from representatives of UP, UNI, and UKLO, each sharing their best practices followed by engaging Q&A sessions. Participants were split into small groups to address specific guideline topics for the guidelines under the guidance of mentors representing partner countries. This interactive method ensured effective contributions from all participants. ** Day 2: The groups continued their strategic discussions, utilizing collaborative tools such as Google Docs to integrate their ideas into cohesive documents. ** Day 3: The focus shifted to future activities. The day concluded with a consortium meeting to discuss dissemination plans, finances, and overall project progress. Throughout the meeting, MORIN Project exemplified collaboration, teamwork, and forward-thinking, establishing a robust foundation for future project success. Virtual - Erasmus + (Vocational Innovation Renewing Tourism Advanced Learning), in which all partners together with expert organizations from Italy, Kosovo and Albania, will provide training for 50 trainers on the ways of using virtual technologies in educating professionals in the tourism sector. This opportunity was arranged and organized by the partners at a meeting held on June 3 and 4, 2024 in Skopje, organized by CEFE Macedonia. Trainings for trainers will be conducted by experts and academics from the UBT - Higher Education Institution University, Kosovo, and will take place in the second week of September 2024 at European University of Tirana, Albania. In addition to this mobility for educators in the field of tourism, partners have also arranged mobility for 40 vocational high school students from Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia to experience the power of education through virtual technologies at an event that will be held at UBT Kosovo in early October 2024. In a world where energy consumption is skyrocketing and environmental concerns are at the forefront, as partners in reZEB project, we were thrilled to contribute to the conversation on energy efficiency. The forum on “Energy Efficiency, Trends and technology” in the frame of reZEB project in Tirana, Albania was hosted in Kolegji Profesional i Tiranës and European University of Tirana with the participation of academic and administrative staff, and our stakeholders: long-term valuable partner, National Ozone Unit, the Energy Regulatory Authority, business and industry representatives operating in energy efficiency etc. *** The agenda was packed with inspiring sessions. Diana Biba (KPT) ✅ presented the ReZEB Project and emphasized the need for interaction and sinergies from the business and the stakeholders in terms of curricula review, internship and networking; ✅ praised the valuable cooperation of KPT with National Ozone Unit as an incentive for the training and preparation of new technicians of RAC sector.   Mimoza Vokshi (National Ozone Unit- NOU) accurately explained the training and certification of technicians in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, while asked for their input and contribution in the legislation public consultation process related to their area of activity.   Ilir Palushi (KPT lecturer /expert), in the review of the Fluorinated gases legislation, analyzed the limitations and the impact on the business deriving from law on F-gases, together with the alternatives for replacing HFCs with high GWP. He focused on new technologies and energy efficiency in the RAC & HVAC sector. Kristina Gjoka (ERA) gave a clear and accurate description of the policies to promote energy efficiency in the residential and public buildings sector in Albania and the EU context.
