Worst gifting app ever
I have not got my order till now whereas it is showing that it is delivered…Their delivery service is not at all good…1st time I did from here and was shocked and disappointed by the bad experience…Other gifting apps have a good customer support but they didn’t even look into this matter inspite of so many calls..I had prepaid for the order and I neither got the order nor the money..I had heard good about it but it has proved to be unworthy of the appreciation..I would never recommend IGP to anyone else ever because the customer service and delivery problem…worst experience on any online shopping app..it is just waste of money and time over here

IGP An Absolute Pathetic waste of a service
I'm surprised to see these positive reviews and I wonder the authenticity of it. However as with most scam services, this is one of them and you should be beware of shady setups like IGP with bad practices and business ethos. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with IGP. Despite paying in advance and specifying a time window for delivery, my gift never arrived. IGP completely failed to honor their commitment leaving me in a lurch. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful which adds insult to injury. It's infuriating to rely on a service that not only fails too deliver but offers no recourse of action I will not be using this app again and Implore others too look for other options. Buisnesses like this make money on not keeping their promises and thereby scamming. Unfortunately that is the sad reality of most ventures and industries in India. They probably might be having a laugh on how they cheat and make money but I hope someday Karma bites them bacj DO NOT ORDER FROM IGP

Very convenient
I read some really bad reviews after ordering a cake that I needed asap. (Time slot was 1-5 pm) and I was concerned so on the app i texted the customer service and they reassured me and were very polite and helpful.
This app is great cause the cakes are as good as any good bakeries like tgb and theobromas within the same price range. The delivery charges are minimal too and you get the stuff on time in a good box plus you can add cards and other accessories its veryyy convenient. The variety of options too is very vast. Excited to use this app again for sure.
