One pf their representative called me for the product information on aug 22. I was convinced with his conversation and made a payment of 2419 for the mswip boom box. From that day onwards i was waiting for the installation and the product got installed only after 29 days almost a month. After installation i got to realise that the payment was not crediting instantly. But when their representative mr lajar told me it is an instant credit machine. So i called the customer care and asked about it they said they have a 3 time settlement so i need to wait for it for the settlement. Then i asked them for cancel the product and refund me the amount they are saying they can cancel the product and they will be taking back the device but the amount i paid 2419 won’t be refunded. This is their company policy. This was a cheating
