Onsitego - Repair & Service 12+

I am a huge fan of Onsitego's service. It is so easy and convenient! I highly recommend their warranty plan as well, because it really does help out if anything were to happen with your covered electronics, plus they have great customer support that will be able to assist you right away without much hassle at all (even during weekends!). Plus Gmail/Chat options are available for support which makes life easier too.

Complety scam company firstly they give you there insurence then they as you for co payment for the repair , then they don’t resolve the issues
If your iphone is damaged by dropping the just only change the glass not the body even it has any type of imapact on the body ,, when they give the policy they promise to make the repair of the phone if it is in any condition and if it is not in the repairable condition they will replace it but in real they just make a jugaad of your phone just replace the nominal things and put all the other stuff such as the back body , side penal dents or other heavy impacts made during the fall of the phone as cosmatic damages . Example is me
I have i phone 15pro i had an policy with the onsitego my phone got drop from bed and it got major dents in the side panel and deep scrathes in the side and the back glass got broke but in that condition they will not change the back panel insted they just only change the back glass and charge u for rupees 8500 for it as co payment charges .. my phone has much more poor condition as compare to when it was broken.
They are just making fool of people . I visited the store they do the same thing with all of their customers .
Very bad experience with them , will never go to them again and give advice people to stay away from them .
I must go legally against them

Very disappointing and delayed support. My microwave which is on 2 yrs extended warranty had some issue with few buttons which required multiple presses to activate. When Onsite service called, support engineer came, he said he has to take part to order spare. Assured that it will be replaced in2 days. And then status updated in app that it would be done in one week. All queries have to go through app. Even multiple requests are responded by an answer that it will be informed to concerned department. We cannot talk to any service person directly too. Service engineer also calls and says he is coming in 15 mins but never turns up throughout the day. Since they call using some centralised number, there is no way to contact the engineer directly also. I would not recommend this Onsite warranty for any device. Has no real value.
