Good Platform with glitches

Using the platform form 3 months, its a good concept and works also but I think due to multiple host and customer zoomcar don’t care after onboarding you on app.

Pros:
1. Very good platform and concept is good
2. Application is functional and serve the purpose
3 Get some bookings as soon as onboard on platform that really good.
4. Timely payment once booking completed.
5. Received payouts for late delivery, toll charges to my fast tag very good rate of settlement.

Cons:
1. No host call support and the ticket system added in mobile application comes with only predefined questions any problem specific to you do wait for ages to find a question to match it with your problem or do select any false questions and post your problem.
2. Post the help tickets and they will close it instantly.
3. 15 minutes prior notification on a booking you have to cope with arrangements and its impact on your rating.
4. Wrong guest rating no efforts will be done from zoomcar team to validate it and after it add to host it’s ruining our service rating
5. Received rating for a booking that never shown in the host app looks like a joke

This is a very good platform and to be honest really thanks for this platform but I think as there are many host and guest now zoomcar doesn’t care for any ground level issue

Third class company no customer support

My car is in garage for more than 5 months and i talked to garage and gaadifix person tey are sayin for a payment issue i just want to know how much time more will i have to suffer for this issue as garage person told me that once tey pay the money we will repair it within 5 days what is this behaviour of urs and the garage and gaadifix because of you people i am suffering mentally and having monetary loss also because i am stuck between you and garage for this If you people were unable to repair it you would have told me i would have repaired it by my insurance itself u people are just making fool out of me I am fedup please release my car on priority basis and the host support tem says we have escalated the query but how is your escalatin team taht there is no response from them I think i would have sent 50+ query mails but all in vain i am fedup please arrange if i could repair my car using my own insurance i am tired of all this and just want my car back please help if u are capable of the same or release my car stating u cannot get it repaired. I am done with this behavoiur and service. My booking id on which accident happened is JPSNCY6P1.

Worst Customer service

Before attaching the car I read the reviews and understood that the customer service and support for host is pathetic but still too a chance and added my car. Everything was going good, I have two other cars which I added everything was done perfectly and my listing was active but when I tried to look for my newly added cars on customer app they were not visible. Tried everything possible changed dates and did everything still the same. Now comes the art to connect to customer service. So basically there is no helpline where I can speak which I knew from before and the ticket options under help and support are predifined . I managed to raise a ticket but every time I get the same response from the team that they are working and it will take 7 working days, share screenshot update app etc etc. but they are unable to resolve issue . This is a wonderful platform but if this is the kind of service people get then I don’t think anyone would want to attach their car. Zoom is a brand and one of the top self drive cars choice in Bangalore or maybe other cities but you are ruining this.
