The FKi, which stands for “Frauen-Karriere-Index”, enhances transparency, continuity, and women's empowerment, helping us recognize our strengths and identify areas for improvement. The FKi Diversity for Success conference brought together many people from various industries, encouraging discussions and the exchange of ideas. After an insightful keynote by Barbara Lutz, there was an exciting panel discussion, followed by interactive roundtable sessions. We recently had the pleasure of hosting two events with students from WUTIS - Trading and Investment Society and Masterclass CEE (Competence Center for Emerging Markets & CEE) at Erste Campus. 🎓 The programs were diverse and exciting: from a comprehensive campus tour to an intensive banking simulation that provided students with practical insights into the financial world. 🏦 It was inspiring to see how engaged and eager the participants were. Such events are not only a great opportunity for the students but also for us to get to know fresh perspectives and talents. #believeinyourself
