At Erste, we recognise the importance of commitment and the use of a framework to measure the success of our diversity activities. The FKi, which stands for “Frauen-Karriere-Index”, enhances transparency, continuity, and women's empowerment, helping us recognize our strengths and identify areas for improvement. The FKi Diversity for Success conference brought together many people from various industries, encouraging discussions and the exchange of ideas. After an insightful keynote by Barbara Lutz, there was an exciting panel discussion, followed by interactive roundtable sessions. Congratulations to Monika Sternathova and Julia Stern for the successful implementation of the FKi at Erste across all countries. We recently had the pleasure of hosting two events with students from WUTIS - Trading and Investment Society and Masterclass CEE (Competence Center for Emerging Markets & CEE) at Erste Campus. 🎓 The programs were diverse and exciting: from a comprehensive campus tour to an intensive banking simulation that provided students with practical insights into the financial world. 🏦 It was inspiring to see how engaged and eager the participants were. Such events are not only a great opportunity for the students but also for us to get to know fresh perspectives and talents. #believeinyourself

Don't let doubts hold you back - #believeinyourself and trust the process ✨ Marion Schubert, Vulnerability Management Squad Lead at Erste Digital's Cyber Defence Center, shared her inspiring journey at our latest DigiTALES event.   After graduating from Vienna Business School, her career took a turn thanks to an interest test that led her to study mechatronics. Marion then finished two Master's degrees in embedded systems and IT Security, which sparked her passion for Cyber Defense.   The events organised by our WoMen in IT network bring our colleagues together and create an inspiring environment that enables growth and connection.

🌟 Risk Management Module Recap 🌟 The third module of our trainee program on the topic "Risk management" took place in Vienna. Experts shared insights on Erste Bank Serbia's risk management practices. They covered regulations, ICAAP, capital requirements, and credit risks. A highlight were the fun teambuilding activities, like a chocolate workshop.
