♻️ 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 – 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗴 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗻 Recycling beginnt nicht erst bei der Entsorgung, sondern schon auf der Baustelle. Bei PORR setzen wir auf einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Ressourcen und denken Baustoffe in Kreisläufen. Ein Beispiel aus der Praxis: Das moderne und nachhaltige Wohnviertel „𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗮 – 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳“ in Graz besteht aus 10 Gebäuden und 334 Wohnungen. Hier wird der Aushubschotter direkt in der Nähe wiederverwertet. Weniger als einen Kilometer entfernt gelangte das Material ins Betonwerk, wird aufbereitet und kehrt als Baustoff zurück auf die Baustelle. Kurze Transportwege sparen Energie, reduzieren Emissionen und schonen natürliche Ressourcen. Dieses Prinzip prägt viele unserer Projekte. Indem wir Baumaterialien intelligent wiederverwenden, tragen wir aktiv zu einer nachhaltigen Bauweise bei – im Sinne der Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), insbesondere SDG 12: Nachhaltige Konsum- und Produktionsmuster und SDG 11: Nachhaltige Städte und Gemeinden 🏗️ Heute, am Global Recycling Day, rückt die 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 weltweit in den Fokus. Ein bewusster Umgang mit Materialien sichert Ressourcen für zukünftige Generationen und ist ein zentraler Schritt zu einer nachhaltigen Zukunft. ___ ♻️ 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 – 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 Recycling starts on the construction site, not at the disposal site. At PORR, we believe in the responsible use of resources and think of building materials in cycles. A real-life example: the modern and sustainable residential area ‘𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗮 – 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳’ in Graz consists of 10 buildings and 334 apartments. Here, the excavated gravel is reused in the immediate vicinity. The material was transported less than a kilometre to the concrete plant, where it was processed and then returned to the construction site as a building material. Short transport distances save energy, reduce emissions and conserve natural resources. This principle characterises many of our projects. 🏡 𝗪𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗲𝗴 𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘂̈𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗻 🎉 Mit der Fertigstellung des Projekts 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗲𝗴 im Salzburger Umland ist ein modernes und nachhaltiges Zuhause enstanden. Die Wohnanlage umfasst 𝟲𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗻 in sechs Häusern mit einer gemeinsamen Tiefgarage. Ergänzend dazu gibt es 20 Carport- und 20 Freistellplätze. 𝟰𝟰 𝗘𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘄𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 und 𝟮𝟮 𝗴𝗲𝗳𝗼̈𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 bieten attraktiven Wohnraum im Salzburger Umland. 🔋 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗸𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗲𝗽𝘁 – Fußbodenheizung, Biomasseheizung und eine Photovoltaikanlage senken die Betriebskosten. Eine 𝗸𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗹𝘂̈𝗳𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴 sorgt für gesundes Raumklima. The residential complex comprises 𝟲𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 in six buildings with a shared underground car park. In addition, there are 20 carport and 20 outdoor parking spaces. 𝟰𝟰 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝗼𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘀 and 𝟮𝟮 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘀 offer attractive living space in the Salzburg region. 🔋 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 - underfloor heating, biomass heating and a photovoltaic system reduce operating costs. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ensures a healthy indoor climate. High-quality materials such as real wood parquet flooring and modern external blinds guarantee comfortable living. 🏗 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 6,500 m³ of concrete and 630 tonnes of structural steel were used. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 provide easy access to all units. 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝘂𝘁𝘇 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝘂̈𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗞𝟮𝟳 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲 🏗️🚧 Die K27 Bristenstraße ist eine schmale, kurvenreiche Kantonsstraße in der Schweiz. Bis auf die wenigen Ausweichstellen ist das Kreuzen zweier Fahrzeuge schwer möglich. Daher erfordert die Logistik eine präzise Planung: Alle Transporte werden mit 2-Achs-LKWs mit einem Gewicht von maximal 18 Tonnen durchgeführt, wobei Ausnahmen nur mit einer Spezialbewilligung möglich sind. Das Team der PORR Suisse hat erfolgreich Schutzmaßnahmen gegen Naturgefahren auf dem Abschnitt zwischen Amsteg und St. Antoni umgesetzt. Das Projekt erhöht die Sicherheit und trägt zum Schutz dieses wichtigen Straßenabschnitts bei. Apart from the few passing places, it is difficult for two vehicles to cross at the same time. The logistics therefore require precise planning: all transports are carried out with 2-axle trucks with a maximum weight of 18 tonnes, whereby exceptions are only possible with a special permit. The team of PORR Suisse has successfully implemented protective measures against natural hazards on the section between Amsteg and St. Antoni. Thereby increasing safety and protecting this important road section from potential natural hazards. 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗶 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝟮 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗴𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲 🚇💪 Die Tunnelvortriebsmaschine Debohra hat volle Arbeit geleistet und eine weitere Etappe erfolgreich zurückgelegt. Ganze 935 Meter hat sie inzwischen vom Matzleinsdorferplatz bis zur Station Pilgramgasse hinter sich gebracht. Debohra arbeitet 24 Stunden am Tag und das sieben Tage die Woche und überzeugt dabei mit: 🧩27.000 Einzelteilen 📏127 Meter Länge 🏋️♀️1.300 Tonnen Gewicht 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘃𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁, denn die Reise geht weiter: Zum Notausstieg Kaunitzgasse und danach zur Station Neubaugasse. Dort werden die U2 und die U3 zusammentreffen und eine optimale Zu- und Umstiegsmöglichkeit bieten. In the meantime, it has covered a total of 935 meters from Matzleinsdorferplatz to Pilgramgasse station. Debohra works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in doing so, is doing a very impressing job. Die entsprechenden Beschlüsse sollen in der Aufsichtsratssitzung am 26. März 2025 gefasst werden. Deix soll die Agenden von Jürgen Raschendorfer übernehmen, der sein Vorstandsmandat zurückgelegt hat. Als COO wird Josef-Dieter Deix nun das operative Geschäft im Segment Infrastruktur International inklusive Tunnelbau sowie die Heimmärkte Polen, Tschechien und die Slowakei, in welchen der Tiefbau der leistungsstärkste Bereich ist, verantworten. The corresponding resolutions are to be passed at the Supervisory Board meeting on 26 March 2025. Deix is to take over the responsibilities of Jürgen Raschendorfer, who has resigned from his position on the Management Board. As COO, Josef-Dieter Deix will now be responsible for operations in the Infrastructure International segment including tunneling and PORR's home markets Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, in which civil engineering is the strongest performing sector. CEO Karl-Heinz Strauss explains: "In the coming years, PORR will continue to focus on its home markets and its strategy of intelligent growth with Green and Lean. 𝗚𝗿𝗼ß𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗺 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗿𝗼𝗰ł𝗮𝘄 🌆 An der Straßenkreuzung Bardzka und Armii Krajowej entsteht ein 11-stöckiges Aparthotel. Die Kräne sind schon von weitem sichtbar. Und das Gebäude wächst stetig. Aber der Bau mitten in der Stadt bringt besondere Herausforderungen mit sich. 🔢 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗭𝗮𝗵𝗹𝗲𝗻: 40.000 m² Fläche, 620 Apartments, 20.500 m³ Beton, 2.300 Tonnen Bewehrungsstahl. Ein echtes Großprojekt für Wrocław und eine wertvolle Erweiterung des Hotelangebots in der Hauptstadt. Hier werden 442.000 Steine, 72.000 m² Putz und 3,5 km Geländer verbaut. ⚒️ 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲: Fünf Bauabschnitte ermöglichen parallele Arbeiten an Beton, Mauerwerk, Fenstern und Technik. Eine weitere Herausforderung: das kleine Gelände ist an drei Seiten von bestehenden Gebäuden umgeben. Mit der LEAN-Methode wird der begrenzte Platz hier optimal ausgeschöpft. ✅ 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁: Sicherheit hat oberste Priorität. The cranes can be seen from afar. And the building is growing steadily. But construction in the centre of the city comes with special challenges. 🔢 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: An area of 40,000 m², 620 flats, 20,500 m³ of concrete, 2,300 tonnes of reinforcing steel. A real large-scale project for Wrocław and a valuable addition to the city's hotel offering. 442,000 bricks, 72,000 m² of plaster and 3.5 km of railings are being installed here. ⚒️ 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲: five construction phases enable parallel work on concrete, brickwork, windows and technical equipment. Another challenge: the small site is surrounded by existing buildings to three sides. Using the LEAN method, the limited space here is optimally utilised. ✅ 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁: Safety is our top priority. Im Rahmen des 𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗥-𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗸𝘁𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 hat die PORR als einziges Bauunternehmen das White Paper Construction Automation mitverfasst. Die Erarbeitung erfolgte in einer interdisziplinären Arbeitsgruppe im Rahmen von Digital Findet Stadt, in der wir gemeinsam mit ForscherInnen der Technische Universität Wien, Anbietern und anderen Bauunternehmen wertvolle Erkenntnisse und Best Practices zusammengetragen haben. Unser Projekt in der Rummelhardtgasse 2, Wien erhielt im Jahr 2024 als erstes Revitalisierungsprojekt ein Nachhaltigkeitszertifikat von der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) und wurde von der ÖGNI - Österreichische Gesellschaft für Nachhaltige Immobilienwirtschaft als Vorzeigeprojekt ausgezeichnet. 💚 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗲: Aufgrund von Platzmangel nutzen wir Baugrundflächen als Energielieferanten. In den letzten 10 Jahren hat die PORR Erdwärmeanlagen erfolgreich durch die hauseigene Geothermie-Abteilung umgesetzt. In den letzten 5 Jahren verzeichneten wir ein jährliches Wachstum von 20–30 % im Bereich Geothermie. 🌱 Die PORR entwickelt zukunftsfähigen Lösungen, um eine nachhaltige und resiliente Bauweise zu fördern – mehr dazu am 27. Our project at Rummelhardtgasse 2, Vienna, was the first revitalisation project to receive a sustainability certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in 2024 and was recognized as a showcase project by the Austrian Sustainable Building Council (ÖGNI). 💚 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆: Due to the increasing lack of space, we are using building sites as energy sources.
