Australian Rhiannan Iffland continued her dominance in the women's Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series on Sunday, claiming victory at the penultimate stop in Antalya and securing her eighth King Kahekili trophy. This marked her fifth win of 2024 and the 40th of her remarkable career. Leading from start to finish along the Mediterranean coast, Iffland also earned an extra championship point for delivering the best dive of the weekend—an almost flawless Reverse Flying 1 Somersault Tuck off the cliff in Friday’s first round. With this latest triumph, she is set for a victorious homecoming in Sydney in six weeks. Iffland reflecting, “It's been a long season, a tough season and I've been training really hard and putting a lot of work in behind the scenes. To see it all pay off is quite an emotional thing," said the tearful 33-year-old following her victory. "Yesterday I didn't have any idea that I could actually take out the title, but somebody told me and since then it's been ticking over. I knew that I needed to put down a solid dive today and I was a lot more nervous than usual, but we did it. I can't wait to put on a good show in front of my friends and family, everyone will be there cheering me on." More for media > https://win.gs/3N91hmr

Riding his motorbike downhill on the Alpine terrain of Les Portes du Soleil in Haute-Savoie, France, Pagès’s paraglider lifts off, soaring effortlessly down the mountain, reaching speeds of nearly 100 km/h, before skillfully landing and continuing to ride his motorbike, completing this unique speedriding journey. Estonian slackliner and three-time world champion Jaan Roose made history on Sunday, September 15, by becoming the first person to cross continents on a #slackline, walking across the Bosphorus Strait from Asia to Europe in Istanbul, Türkiye. A special 1,074-metre rope was suspended over the bridge, which connects Asia and Europe at a height of 165 metres. Roose successfully completed the more-than-a-kilometre journey in 47 minutes despite the strong winds of 21 km/s of the Bosphorus. Reflecting on the achievement, dubbed the Continental Pass, Roose shared his thoughts: “In addition to connecting two continents, the Bosphorus has thousands of years of historical and cultural importance, as well as incredible natural beauty. When you combine this with the variable weather conditions and strong sea currents, it becomes a unique location for slacklining. I made history, so I am very happy!” Roose’s relentless pursuit of pushing slacklining boundaries continues to redefine the sport, showcasing his skill and the sport’s potential. Greek paraglider and paramotor pilot Dimitris Kolliakos soared above the Albanian skies to witness the Vlora salt fields at their most vibrant. His flight offered a breathtaking perspective of the fields’ stunning display of pink, orange, and red hues. During the hot summer months, the Vlora salt fields undergo a remarkable transformation. This phenomenon is driven by the microalga Dunaliella salina, which produces pigments such as beta-carotene, lending the water its striking reddish-pink color. Other microorganisms also contribute with their sunlight-absorbing pigments. As the water evaporates and salinity increases, these microorganisms thrive, painting the salt pans in vivid shades of coral and rose. After his landing, Kolliakos reflected: “It was one of the most amazing experiences to see how the colours were changing when I was flying above them. Seeing these colour transformations was incredible.” For media > https://win.gs/3ySXrdD

Renowned for his exceptional skill in big-wave surfing, Kai Lenny's visit to the Alinghi Red Bull Racing base in Barcelona, Spain, introduced him to a new frontier on the water as he sailed the team's state-of-the-art hydrofoil yachts. The #surf legend, who frequently conquers 80-foot waves, faced a new challenge as he took the helm of the AC40. "To be able to go 40 knots downwind, it's just an insane feeling," Lenny shared. "The only other place I get to go over 40 knots is on a giant wave, and that happens only a couple of times a year." Alongside the AC75, Lenny brought out his wing foil contrasted in size and speed he described: "When you're winging, you feel like a chicken, and then a tiger comes running past you. BoatOne is so much faster, probably almost three times the speed of what I'm doing on the wing." For more > https://win.gs/3X2Nwvs #sailing

Encapsulating the essence of a summer pool party, Munich’s Olympic Park proved once again to be the perfect venue for celebrating the fun and creativity of #skateboarding with Olympic Lake transforming into a skatepark over water for the Red Bull Pool Drop. Skateboarder and host of the Red Bull TV series Skate Tales, Madars Apse expressed his excitement by sharing; “The pool party idea had a super cool vibe,” he remarked. “Building obstacles on the water and having such a big space for the crowd to watch was really epic. The course, and skating backyard pools, were what I typically like to skate on, so it was nice to not only incorporate that element into the park but also make it easier because a real backyard pool is extremely hard to skate.” More for media > https://win.gs/4cjxqln
