#ShopperLoyalty - In what is frankly a space screaming out for differentiation, I really like IKEA's overhaul of their Family Loyalty memberships program. Feels like a fresh approach to offering personalization, experience and engagement at every stage of the shopper journey, in a thoughtful and relevant way that's connected to the store environment. (Plug) We’ve seen similar approaches in grocery retail, like United Albertson’s 28-Day challenge, which offers videos, recipes and healthy rewards to help customers get into better eating habits. There have been so many uninspiring, cookie-cutter loyalty schemes launched or relaunched recently, but if IKEA gets this right, it could be a genuinely cool way to recognize and reward shoppers for their not inconsiderable acts of loyalty💡 https://lnkd.in/eREVvhKT
