Here are some of our thoughts: "Accelerated action means MORE women and men in leadership being focused on empowering women in the workplace and beyond. Prioritise career mentoring, training, and leading with compassion and empathy while dispelling limited beliefs and mindsets." - Jasmir Bains, TCC's Marketing Director "I've always believed in equality and fairness across the board, whether it be gender, race, or age, etc. Whilst I know there have been advancements made in the last decade, there's still more to do." - Tony Edgerley, TCC's New Business Director "I think accelerated action means every single person taking personal responsibility for a goal. It forces you to sit back and consider what you're doing beyond pretty words to address inequality, practically and in a community sense. All in a day's work at a creative marketing agency! We were at Confex 2025 yesterday, keeping up to date with all of the latest and greatest experiential tools, tech, hospitality, and staging. We had a blast testing out the latest games, making the leaderboards (shout out to Emily Caulfield and Harriet Barley, BA CDMP), digging for golden ducks, testing robotic sketching arms, and catching jellybeans. Our Art Director, Christian, recently took a trip to The Moco Museum in London for his Inspiration Day. The visit inspired the basis for our recent project for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series. We're keeping the hype behind the launch of the Samsung S25 Series going with our in-store, art gallery-themed entertainment and hospitality. Guests can expect the gallery journey to continue as they're greeted with canapés and bubbles while taking in the artwork.
