On June 18, 2024, LIGHTINGcon offered exciting insights into the fundamentals of lighting technology, future trends and sustainable innovations. One highlight: Dr. Baran Sarac from ZKW Group GmbH presented "Sustainable composite materials for automotive headlamps" and emphasized the importance of recycling and sustainability in product development. 🌱 In addition to Dr. Baran Sarac, our team was represented by Günay Güngör, who presented current products and developments. Lüdenscheid became the shining center of lighting technology. ✨

Last week we had a successful steering meeting with our cooperation partner REHAU at the REHAU factory in Feuchtwangen! 🙌👏 Together we are developing intelligent vehicle fronts with integrated lighting functions, sensors and electronics. Our ZKW team was led by our CEO Dr. Wilhelm Steger. The focus was on the two-component injection molding machine for seamless panels from REHAU. The test runs were very successful! 🎉 Congratulations and a big thank you to our ZKW & REHAU team! 🙌👏
