Amazing work to truly highlight the importance of Cyber Safety - During Cyber Security Awareness Month - Congratulations, FIRCY #cybersecurityawarenessmonth
🛡️ The startup outsmarting cybercriminals with cutting-edge detection 🙌 This Cyber Security Awareness Month, we’re spotlighting FIRCY – a Stone & Chalk startup that’s changing the game with a world-first early warning detection platform. 💡 FIRCY uses hyper-realistic decoys to lure and trap hackers, detecting cyber-attacks in both cloud and non-cloud environments. By redirecting criminals to secure fake environments, the platform traces their every move, collecting key forensic data like IP addresses and locations. In real-time, it blocks threats while learning more about the attackers’ goals, giving clients a powerful edge in cyber defence. Founded by former AWS Principal Security Lead Ben Potter (pictured), FIRCY is scaling up and offering a unique solution to protect businesses from data breaches. 👏 Learn more about FIRCY’s tech at: https://fircy.co/ #CyberSecurityAwareness #Innovation #LotFourteen

The Oh Behave report identifies Inconsistent Adoption of MFA & Software Updates! Despite 81% of participants being aware of multi-factor authentication (MFA), adoption is inconsistent, especially among Millennials and Gen Z. This inconsistency, coupled with ignoring critical software updates, exposes you to unnecessary cyber risks. Awareness is high, but we need to focus on increasing action—enabling MFA and staying on top of updates should be the norm!
