I was recently asked what keeps me going in business after 9 years. It was such a great question that deserved greater thought. Here is my answer: #1 The self improvement content and education has enriched my life. I’ve learnt so many life long principles that I continue to study, to understand deeper and implement to a greater degree in my life. It has not just allowed me to overcome obstacles in my life, but has allowed me to turn many of my goals into reality. The external results are grounded in inner growth, understanding, self love and awareness. Having this level of mental freedom is truly priceless. Saying 'I can't' will close doors and limit opportunities Saying 'I can' or 'How can I...?' will do the opposite. If you're not satisfied with your current situation, being open minded and bringing your 'I can' attitude will deliver new opportunities so much faster. It has given me the opportunity to travel to over 30 countries before 30, to move overseas to a city and country I love, to create my ideal family life and lifestyle. This definition of Success touched me right away when I saw it. It is such an exciting time in our business with new associates achieving income milestones in their business. Caroline knocked out over $50,000 profit in a 2 week period and Jodie finished her month on $66,000 just last month. There is such a high level of energy and activity within our business community and everyone is tapped in to the celebrations as well as the knowledge being shared through our training interviews. Success leaves clues and our tribe is absolutely vibing from the leaders who have demonstrated the path to success and such inspiring results.

Travelling the world for business - As I'm preparing to board a plane tonight, I've just realised I must have taken over 10 flights for business by now. Some to new cities and destinations I've never been to and have never considered for leisure travel. Yes, travel for work is very different from travel for leisure. But taking time away from your usual environment can just provide that mental space to think differently. I love business travel - it just sets the mood for the year. The mood of excitement, inspired action, new bold decisions. And with every trip, I tick off more goals as an international business traveller. What are your goals for 2024?

Change doesn't to be scary, The idea that that you can find a new rhythm and flow with your new environment or circumstance is so refreshing. Change can bring you closer in step to a rhythm of life that suits you. It can be liberating and exactly what you need. #change #leadership

So many of us are already entrepreneurial many ways in our daily lives. Recognise this.
