We’re proud as punch to congratulate our very own Adelaide Hills Wine Region Executive Committee member & Master of Masterclasses Greg Clack as a 2024 Len Evans Tutorial Scholar 👏🏼 Greg is a notable asset to our region and a highly deserving student of the “greatest wine school in the world” - James Halliday. Well done Clackers!!! #Let24 #LenEvansTutorial
Introducing Greg Clack as a 2024 Len Evans Tutorial Scholar. Greg is known for his work at Chain of Ponds and XO Wine Co, two South Australian wineries recognised for producing premium wines. He has also worked in McLaren Vale at Haselgrove Wines and Domaine Dublere in Burgundy. With a deep passion for viticulture and winemaking, Greg has established himself as a skilled and innovative winemaker, particularly in the cool-climate region of Adelaide Hills and higher-elevation sites of McLaren Vale. Greg's work goes beyond the winery as a seasoned wine show judge and extensive involvement on the McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills Wine Show committees over the years. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Adelaide Hills Wine Region, playing a key role in shaping the future of one of Australia's premier wine-growing areas. Greg is not just a member but the driving force behind the Adelaide Hills Wine Region's Masterclass Committee. He organises and leads educational masterclasses, showcasing the diversity of Adelaide Hills wines and educating participants on the nuances of winemaking, varietals, and regional characteristics. Greg Clack has earned a place of respect in the Australian wine scene through his winemaking, wine show judging, and leadership in the Adelaide Hills Wine Region. His innovation and dedication to advancing the quality and reputation of Australian wines are widely acknowledged. #Let24 #LenEvansTutorial #AustralianWineIndustry #WineAustralia #WineShowJudging #WineIndustry #LET
