Our recent offsite overlooking Manly Wharf, which provided the perfect backdrop for our team collaboration. The agenda for the day included the opportunity for our contributors to step into the spotlight and share specific aspects of our program they are passionate about and enjoy delivering. We are firm believers in development fostering skills, confidence, adaptability and ultimately see these sessions contribute to our staff’s well-being. With each of our contributors long-term facilitators, with years of experience, there was a tremendous amount of takeaways and growth.
