I am very thankful to receive such a phenomenal support by our partner ANCA CNC Machines for our efforts to expand the ZOLLER Inc. apprenticeship program. After learning all the theory in tooling nomenclature, metrology of cutting tools and basics of grinding, it was time for Kristian to see all applied firsthand, designing, grinding, re-sharpening and measuring the tools. ANCA CNC Machines went above and beyond to show Kristian how precision cutting tools are made. Thanks to Dan Morris, Aleigha S., Russell Riddiford and the whole Anca team for our excellent relationship. Our apprentices truly benefit from those deep industry insights.

While #InternationalWomensDay has been around for over a century, many challenges to gender equality remain. This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, reminds us that progress requires ongoing effort, commitment and support. At ANCA, we marked the occasion with events focused on wellbeing, insight and recognition. 💜 At ANCA and ANCA Manufacturing Solutions (Thailand) in Thailand, women participated in a wellbeing experience that included energising yoga, meditation and a discussion on health and nutrition - taking steps toward self-care and empowerment. 💜 At ANCA Bayswater, teams came together for a morning tea where Debbie Shagam (AAICD), Group Executive Human Resources, shared insights from her career journey. She spoke about growth through challenges, stepping outside comfort zones, and the power of self-belief. ANCA is excited to announce that Dr Francis Linnane has been appointed Group Executive – Commercial & ANCA Motion. Francis holds a BSc (Physics), an MSc (Fibre Optic Communication), and a PhD in Engineering Laser Ultrasound. He is a seasoned technical executive with more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across a range of technical and manufacturing businesses.
