Installed in March, Apollo Manufacturing’s flashy new CNC router/edge bander has officially replaced the aging machinery in our cab shop to align with Action Manufacturing’s processes. 🤝 The team is excited to progress our engineering capabilities and is now working diligently to ensure that the software is operating efficiently. This was a significant investment for Apollo, with the ability to now share Action products and vice versa. With provisions for further machines to be installed, we look forward to testing our capacity and capabilities in the future. 👏 Josh, the General Manager at Apollo, expressed his enthusiasm about the transformative potential of this investment. “We are thrilled to introduce these state-of-the-art machines to our production line. Apollos' focus has been tailoring their models (176RD, 196RD/MD, 220MD) for Australia, particularly those who love to take the back roads while not giving up comfort, luxury, and the overall lifetime durability of their home on wheels. 🚐 Now, into the nitty gritty details. 🤓 The development process led to the inclusion of a robust 6-inch A-frame and chassis designed in-house. We then completed advanced Engineering stress analysis using an iterative process to ensure we delivered the lightest and strongest design. 💪 To complement this, we've included a Cruisemaster CRS-2 independent suspension to ensure each new vehicle can navigate the diverse Australian terrain effortlessly. Additional solar panels, generous water storage capacity, 16-inch alloy wheels, and all-terrain tyres accompany the solid foundation, offering peace of mind to those venturing into less travelled paths. 🍃 Each Windsor model has a high-quality, spacious interior that features modern amenities and caters to a luxury living experience amidst nature. ✨ The thoughtful exterior design, including a roll-out awning and external speakers, extends the living space outdoors.
