We’re pleased to announce that Arrow Point Bolton, a #logistics development for our #SIRE joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management, recently secured outline planning permission from Bolton Council.   Arrow Point Bolton will be a highly desirable speculative #development, with planning permission permitting the development of up to 357,000 sq ft of space with an internal clear height of up to 18m. The units will feature extensive #sustainability features, including the installation of photovoltaic panelling to the roof and electric vehicle charging points. The facility is targeting a BREEAM certification of ‘Excellent’, an EPC ‘A’ rating and significantly enhanced biodiversity.    The site benefits from its strategic location within the premier north west distribution corridor and is adjacent to junction 6 of the M61, providing excellent transport links through its close access to the M60, M6 and M62. Subject to full planning consent, completion of the property is expected in the latter half of 2025. Over 500 winter items. Countless lives impacted. As winter comes to a close, we are humbled by the overwhelming success of our first Winter Appeal. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our tenant customers and business partners, we delivered over 500 winter essentials to Women's Community Shelters across greater Sydney and the Central Coast. These donations of bedding, clothing and sleepwear have made their way to shelters supporting women and children escaping domestic violence or facing homelessness. The shelter teams were deeply moved by the support during this particularly cold winter. One Centre Manager expressed their gratitude: "Thank you so much for this incredibly kind donation. We’re so appreciative of all the love and support! This contribution will make a meaningful impact on the lives of the women we serve, providing them with much-needed support, comfort, and resources as they navigate challenging circumstances.
