✨ Finding Unshakable Confidence and Inner Peace ✨ In a world that often measures worth by external achievements and validation, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters. If you're seeking lasting confidence and inner peace, consider shifting your source of worthiness to something deeper and more enduring. 🌱 How to Shift Your Source of Worthiness: 1 Reflect on Core Values: Identify what truly matters to you, independent of societal pressures. 2 Cultivate a Spiritual Practice: Engage in meditation, prayer to Allah swt, or mindfulness to connect with your inner self. 3 Practice Self-Compassion: Accept yourself, flaws and all, recognising your inherent worth. 4 Detach from External Validation: Focus on your journey, not on others' opinions. 5 Embrace Gratitude: Regularly reflect on what you have, rather than what you lack. 6 Build Inner Confidence: Trust in your abilities and align your actions with your purpose. 7 Surround Yourself with Positivity: Connect with like-minded individuals who support your growth. Positive relationships can reinforce your journey towards internal peace and unshakable confidence. Remember, true worth and confidence come from within. By nurturing your inner self, you create a foundation that is strong, resilient, and unshakeable. 🌟   #InnerPeace #SelfWorth #Confidence #Mindfulness #SpiritualGrowth #SelfCompassion #PersonalDevelopment #Gratitude #SelfLove #PositiveMindset #Wellbeing

Honoured to have met the Hon. Bilal El-Hayek Mayor of Canterbury-Bankstown, at our AWLC networking event yesterday. The Mayor shared valuable insights on the significance of women’s leadership in the community, the importance of supporting education for women, and his vision for building a stronger, better-educated, and high-performing community that drives positive change. His thoughts on encouraging greater community engagement and participation were truly inspiring 🌟 We are fortunate to have such a dedicated leader guiding our council. Your leadership marks a new chapter in the history of our community, and your commitment to fostering positive change continues to inspire us all🤝 A special shoutout to my incredible AWLC members for their contributions to the success of this event. Your dedication is always appreciated! A big thank you to @Dar Al Soussiyah for bringing the delicious Moroccan tea and cookies—it added a wonderful touch to our gathering 🙏 #Leadership #CommunityEmpowerment #WomenInLeadership #AWLC #PositiveChange #EducationForWomen #NetworkingEvent #Inspiration #MoroccanTea #ThankYou #aspireleadershipnetwork

🌟 It was an absolute pleasure to connect with the AWLC members today in our book circle via Zoom diving deep into Habit 3: Put First Things First. 🌟 This habit is all about personal management—organising and executing around our priorities to truly become effective leaders. When we align our activities with the Time Management Matrix, we can dramatically increase our effectiveness, tackle crises proactively, and prevent problems before they arise. With the concept of the Emotional Bank Account in mind, we also explored Habit 4: Think Win/Win. 🤝 This mindset is about creating mutually beneficial outcomes in our interactions, ensuring that both parties thrive. Let's continue to prioritise, manage wisely, and lead with a Win/Win mentality! 💪✨ 🙏 Thank you to all the AWLC members for your insightful contributions and active participation. Together, we grow stronger! Nina Trad Azam Mariam Zeitouneh Bernard Meltem L. Aspire Leadership Network #Leadership #PersonalDevelopment #WinWin #TimeManagement #AWLC #Empowerment #WomenInLeadership

Today, I had the privilege of presenting a half-day workshop to the distinguished female leaders of AWLC. During this workshop, we explored the critical differences between leadership and management. I emphasised that a leader should focus on six specific roles, while anything else falls under management. To lead effectively, a leader must concentrate solely on these six roles, which encompass the specific responsibilities and duties necessary to manage and guide their organisation effectively. These roles highlight what leaders do and the functions they perform in their leadership positions. We also delved into the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership (Kouzes & Posner, 2010), which are behaviours and actions that effective leaders consistently demonstrate to achieve extraordinary outcomes. These practices focus on how leaders lead and the impact they have on their followers and organisations. It was an inspiring workshop filled with engaging activities, and the enthusiasm and participation of the AWLC members made it truly special. A big shout out to all the AWLC members for making the workshop so interesting and memorable! #Leadership #Management #WomenInLeadership #AWLC #LeadershipRoles #ExemplaryLeadership #Inspiration #FemaleLeaders #Workshop #ProfessionalDevelopment #Empowerment

Success means different things to different people—career milestones, a healthy work-life balance, or achieving financial goals. For the inspiring leader Roset K. success ultimately means “being able to go to sleep at night and know that I am putting in 100% effort and being at peace with everything I have done during the day. It also means impacting the world in a positive way.” For the transformational coach Zaynab Salim , success is about “self-awareness and aligning that balance in our personal lives, and being constantly driven by the vision we have for our lives. It’s also about impacting others in a positive way and developing and helping each other.” With these insights, we were privileged to have two inspiring leaders at the AWLC networking event on Friday. Thank you for joining us and for attending our event. I was so happy to have you and meet you all. Your remarks and insights about success provided us with a lot of inspiration. I really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedules, and I hope to see you at our future events. Thanks to our AWLC members. I am so grateful to be part of such a wonderful group of women leaders. Your insights about success enriched our meeting. 🚨 Why Good Management Can Lead to Failure 🚨 Ever wonder why some successful companies fail? 🤔 It often boils down to three key reasons: 1.     Sustaining vs. Disruptive Technologies: ◦ Sustaining tech improves existing products for current customers. ◦ Disruptive tech starts off weaker in mainstream markets but offers unique features for new or fringe customers. 2.     Pace of Technological Progress: ◦ Tech advances can outpace market needs, making today's hot tech obsolete tomorrow. 3.     Customer & Financial Influence: ◦ Successful companies focus on investments that please existing customers and fit their financial goals, often ignoring disruptive tech that could be the future. They fail to capitalise on innovations that could secure their long-term success. In short, sticking to what works now might just be the reason a company fails later. Stay innovative! 🚀 Ref: Christensen, C. (1997). The innovator’s dilemma: when new technologies cause great firms to fail.
