Developed in collaboration with the experts at NDIS PROPERTY AUSTRALIA, these homes meet improved liveability (IL) and high physical support (HPS) design standards. A total 10 rooms are available for participants with SDA and either SIL or ILO funding. We will also accept participants working towards SDA funding and families who wish to live together. Mercy Circuit, Park Ridge is fully accessible with a bedroom available for a female on 1:2 support ratio. The other housemate enjoys craft, beauty or exercise.
