Building Success: 900 Ann Street Fit Out ATG are excited to announce that we have just completed the Level 3 fit-out works at Brisbane’s 900 Ann Street. This project involved multiple work interfaces and an elegant design, upgrading the existing reception and kitchenette into a modern, functional space and breakout room. Featuring sleek upgrades to glazing, joinery, and flooring, along with a welcoming reception area in a high-security building, we’re proud of our team for achieving this stunning result. We hope the tenant enjoys their exciting new space! It’s been a pleasure working alongside Vaughan Reddell of Aurora Property Group throughout this project. Bowling Success: ATG Raises $15K for the Cancer Council! On Friday, ATG held its 2nd annual Bowls by the Bay at Clovelly Bowls Club, in collaboration with Denloc Lockers Australia and Dentro Joinery. Clients, consultants, trades, and ATG staff joined forces on the newly laid Clovelly greens, and went head-to-head in an exciting day of knockout barefoot bowls, all in support of a fantastic cause. The Cancer Council NSW team, led by Stacey and Bala (pictured), made sure everyone kept sun safe with sunscreen and ATG bucket hats, as the games kicked off at noon. Guest MC Wendell Sailor brought the energy to the event throughout the day, while the Brazilian BBQ team cooked up feast. An incredible display of community spirit and support, we are thrilled to announce that, we successfully raised an outstanding $15,000 for Cancer Council NSW! Project Award: We’re Loving it! ATG are proud to share that we have recently been awarded the contracts for the construction of two brand-new McDonald's restaurants, in Queensland’s Ormeau South and Lawnton. Partnering with McDonald's Australia, these new projects will be valuable additions to ATG’s portfolio of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects. Building Success at the Corporate Rugby 10s On Friday, ATG participated in one of the most anticipated events on the corporate calendar each year: The Corporate Rugby 10s, held at Wests in Toowong. This annual tournament brings together Brisbane’s corporate community for an exciting rugby showdown, all while raising much needed funds and awareness for Youngcare. Youngcare is a national non-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting young Australians with high-care disabilities. Relying entirely on the generosity of donors, Youngcare transforms the lives of these individuals by offering essential services such as housing upgrades, grants, and comprehensive support. Youngcare truly are revolutionising how young people with physical disabilities live, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. In our eighth year participating in the competition, ATG went all out to make the day truly memorable. Our NSW and VIC staff flew up to join and cheer on the team as they aimed to lift the prestigious Corporate trophy! While Team ATG ultimately fell just short on the pitch, getting knocked out in the semi-finals, we certainly enjoyed success off it, with the ATG tent heaving with staff, clients and sponsors all day! It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to put faces to familiar names for the first time, or to catch up with old friends, making the event a fantastic experience all around. Victorian Prefabricated Construction Directory: Yesterday, the Victorian Government released a prefabricated construction directory, which features ATG as a preferred supplier within Victoria.   First released in 2019, the directory is designed to assist builders, developers and the community in discovering innovative prefabricated, modular and offsite manufacturing solutions for their next construction project.   Prefabricated construction is a Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) technique where buildings and components are manufactured off-site before being transported to a permanent location, which can result in lower costs and faster delivery time compared to conventional construction methods. Project Win: End of Trip and Lobby Upgrade at 555 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. ATG has been appointed as the Principal Contractor for a new End of Trip Facility (EOTF) and upgrade to the main entry foyer at 555 Lonsdale Street. The EOTF designed by HOT BLACK for the building owner, DWS Investments Australia, will provide a premium amenity for all tenants. The work will be carried out in a live environment, requiring careful staging to ensure continual access and minimal disruption to the building’s tenants. Building the Future: ATG recently had the pleasure of hosting students and staff from Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), St Mary’s College, Seymour at our manufacturing facility. The students and staff had plenty of questions about construction and got to witness their modular classrooms being assembled. ATG has recently completed both traditional and modular construction projects for MACS. ATG can employ both construction methods on the one job enabling us to deliver a superior product and outcome for our clients. ATG is a one stop shop for all education projects. Celebrating the EOFY! As we close out another successful financial year, our teams have been celebrating the occasion in style across the country, with many of our staff channelling their inner Olympian! Our Modular Team shot for the stars, as they tested themselves with clay pigeon shooting, Team Victoria raced ahead on the go-karting track, our Queensland Team bowled their way to victory with a game of barefoot bowls, while ATG Sydney led the cheer squad with a lively team dinner and drinks.
