Project Awarded | We’re thrilled to announce that Melrose has been awarded the fitout of Lactalis Australia's new Brisbane office.   Spanning across two levels and over 2000m2, this project is more than just an office. Designed by WMK Architecture, the new look workspace has been created to foster a healthy corporate culture and an environment to promote connection and collaboration.   Key design principles include: - Flexibility and Agility: multi-functional spaces that adapt to changing needs - Innovation and Technology: smart integrations that enhance virtual and in-person collaboration - Equitable Work Areas: intentionally designed spaces that support teamwork at all levels.   From the welcoming reception to the on-brand meeting rooms, boardroom, breakout spaces (note the milk bottle lighting!) and training areas, every detail is crafted to inspire productivity, connection and incorporate a nod to the many brands under the Lactalis umbrella. Last Friday, we had the privilege of joining Brisbane Netball Association to officially break ground on their new clubhouse construction project at Bradbury Park. The event marked the start of an exciting redevelopment that will serve over 1,300 players across seven affiliated clubs, along with umpires, officials, families and spectators. Thanks to $3 million in funding through the "Investing in Our Communities Program", made possible by Hon Anika Wells MP and the Australian Federal Government Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts, this project will deliver much-needed community and sporting infrastructure. With demolition soon to commence and make way for construction, we look forward to seeing the new clubhouse come to life by September 2025. We're so pleased to be working with Murray Fletcher and Samantha Berry from Tango Projects on this key project as well as Red Door Architecture.
