Our People & Culture and Talent team got together for their annual offsite in Sydney this week. It was a fantastic opportunity for the team, who are spread across Australia and New Zealand, to get together and discuss our vision and core areas of focus as Atturra continues to grow. The day was filled with great conversations, planning and lots of fun team building activities. 📈Our CEO Stephen Kowal joined the team to present information on the current state of play and how the teams can best support our employees as we continue to grow. 😌Omie Lacsa ran an insightful session on #resilience, with practical information on responding to stress, both in the moment and in the longer term. 🍸To top it all off the team finished with a cocktail and arancini ball making class and a few games of darts with a very ‘healthy’ level of competition! Last week Atturra's Brisbane and Sydney offices hosted some wonderful Diwali celebrations. 🥘We decorated the offices, dressed up in bright colours and shared a variety of delicious food.
