As the energy transition drives the need to connect renewable energy sources for more customers, we are working to transform the end-to-end connection process to deliver a faster, easier and better value connections experience. Ausgrid's Customer Connections has developed a new guideline in response to feedback received from our Level 2 Accredited Service Providers (ASP2). The ASP2 Guidelines brings together critical technical, procedural, and safety information that ASPs need when working on the Ausgrid network. This easy-to-access guide helps provide clarity, better alignment on expectations, and makes working on our network simpler, safer, and more efficient. Together, we're enhancing safety and supporting quality work and standards across the Ausgrid network.
