Meet Emily – a quiet and quirky Metallurgist based at our office in Newcastle, Australia. Emily’s role blends science, problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, like a forensic detective - but instead of solving crimes, she investigates the mysteries of the metals and alloys our products are made from. 🔬 🔍 She has a passion for encouraging the next generation of women to take on careers in STEM, through Bradken’s partnership with HunterWiSE, and outside of work is a big fan of escape rooms – solving puzzles is clearly her thing! What does Emily enjoy most about working at Bradken? She says it’s the strong culture of teamwork and collaboration balanced with trust and flexibility that lets her work at her best every day. “Working at Bradken is fun, stimulating and challenging – the kind of challenging that’s good for the soul. And, the people are awesome!” Learn more about Emily and her experiences working at Bradken here: https://lnkd.in/gUcQbskk #bradken #optimisedfuture #deliveringanoptimisedfuture #voicesofbradken #people #feelvalued #opportunity #bechallengedbeinspiredbeheard #proudtobelong #flexiblework #worklifebalance #joinourteam #workwithus #globalteam #greatplacetowork #engagement #womeninstem #stemcareers #metallurgy #metallurgist #materialsscience #processmetallurgy
