R U OK? Today marks R U OK? day – with the mission to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling with life. With so much time spent at work, it’s so important to create an environment in the workplace where these connections can be made. At BWH Hotels Australasia today, we had the pleasure of having Julie-Anne Whitfield from R U OK take some time today to present to us a background of the roots of this organisation, how to best have these types of conversations with someone who is potentially suffering, key contacts and resources and how to continue focusing on mental health year-round (not just today). It’s a great opportunity to connect our entire team including remote staff and engage with each other in a meaningful way. #BWHHotels #RUOk? Resources are available here > https://bit.ly/47ERcqZ
