As artificial intelligence drives unprecedented demand for advanced semiconductors, High Purity Alumina (HPA) has become indispensable in their production. HPA's unique properties enable the manufacturing of high-performance microchip wafers essential for AI computing power and advanced processing capabilities. HPA's ceramic form delivers essential microchip wafer properties: • Hardness and high elastic modulus • Exceptional wear resistance • Superior insulation capabilities • Advanced plasma corrosion resistance • Low expansion characteristics These attributes become increasingly vital as microchip sizes decrease and the risks of deformation and microscopic contamination rise. Market projections are compelling - AI accelerator chips are expected to grow at 18% annually, five times faster than traditional semiconductors. This trajectory suggests global semiconductor sales could reach US$1 trillion by 2030, up from US$600 billion in 2021. As microchip sizes decrease and AI applications expand, HPA's importance in maintaining manufacturing integrity becomes increasingly vital. While electric vehicle demand may fluctuate, the semiconductor sector's growth continues to reinforce HPA's position as a critical material in advanced technology production. #ASX #CriticalMinerals

Our staged approach to commercializing high purity alumina (HPA) production reflects Cadoux's commitment to methodical development and risk management. Beginning with an optimally engineered demonstration facility in Western Australia to validate our process, we will progress toward full commercial production. This methodical development approach allows us to: - Validate process efficiency at scale - Supply premium HPA for customer qualification - De-risk the path to full commercial production - Optimize engineering and operational parameters Recent market analysis indicates HPA demand growth has accelerated from ~19% CAGR in 2021 to ~34% in 2024, with projected revenue growth of USD6.8 billion between 2024-2028. #ASX #CriticalMinerals

Did you know? The Minhub mineral separation plant in Darwin will process xenotime, a rare and valuable yttrium phosphate mineral uniquely concentrated in Australia's Murray and Gippsland Basins. Xenotime is rich in heavy rare earth elements, particularly dysprosium and terbium, which have diverse industrial applications: 1. High-performance permanent magnets: Dysprosium and terbium improve magnets' ability to maintain magnetism at high temperatures, critical for electric vehicle motors and wind turbines. 2. LED technology: Yttrium and europium are used in phosphors for LED screens and lighting. 3. Optical communication: Erbium plays a crucial role in fiber optic communication systems and certain lasers. 4. Advanced materials: Yttrium is utilized as an additive in ceramics and glass to enhance their properties. 5. Complementary magnet materials: While not the primary source, xenotime contains smaller amounts of neodymium and praseodymium, further contributing to its value in magnet production. The Minhub project's ability to process xenotime positions it as a crucial link in the ethical and sustainable supply chain for these strategic materials, supporting various high-tech industries and global electrification efforts. Cadoux remains committed to developing responsible, efficient processing solutions for Australia's critical minerals sector. #ASX #CriticalMinerals
