Today, Cartherics hosted a Frocktober lunch to support ovarian cancer awareness and research. Our team came together, in our most fabulous frocks and colourful shirts, to raise both spirits and funds for this important cause. We were honoured to hear from OCRF ambassador Kate Wyatt, who shared inspiring insights about her journey with ovarian cancer. Her story highlights the importance of raising awareness and supporting those affected by this disease. It’s a reminder of the impact we can make when we unite for a common goal. Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this event a success! Let’s continue to raise awareness and advocate for change. Together, we can make a difference! And we partner with leading commercial and academic groups with complementary technology to push the boundaries of cell therapy for cancer. We’re developing new forms of solid cancer care treatment - helping patients fight cancer and take back control of their lives.

This October, we're blending science, style, and social impact in support of Frocktober - a campaign that raises awareness and funds for ovarian cancer research. In the lead up to our Frocktober event in a few weeks, we’re taking the iconic lab coat and transforming it into a fashion statement and a powerful symbol of advocacy for ovarian cancer awareness. With the current five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer at just 49%, it remains the most lethal gynaecological cancer. Funding vital medical research into early detection, prevention, and treatment is the only way to improve outcomes for women, girls, and their families everywhere. Let’s make science a little more vibrant and impactful this Frocktober, and together, drive change for ovarian cancer awareness and research! #Frocktober #OvarianCancerAwareness
