About us
Cartology is the Woolworths Groups stand alone media business and the exclusive partner to Woolworths Supermarkets and BIG W. Customer behaviour is changing. They have more choices than ever before – both in the way they shop, and how they consume media. With all this choice, it’s making it harder for marketers to reach audiences at scale and grab their attention. But finally in this fragmented world, we can create focus. Cartology delivers data-led marketing solutions, putting insights and customers at the heart of everything we do. By combining our rich customer insight with our diverse media channels, we can make sure your brands are being shown to the right customers, at the right place, at exactly the right time. We’ll directly connect your brands with our customers at moments that matter. We operate in a fast paced, nimble environment with professionals who work collaboratively to achieve market leading outcomes. Our point of difference is that we are part of Australia’s largest retailer allowing us to provide unparalleled career opportunities.

🚀 Meet Georgia Leathart, our new Agency Strategy Lead! It’s been 2 months since Georgia joined Cartology, and time is flying! In her third week, she completed her 'Woolies Welcome' by working at her local Marrickville store, which she “absolutely loved!”. After years in agency life, this is her first non-agency role, and Georgia is already diving into the complexity of the Woolworths business, getting a grip on the new acronyms, and soaking up everything that makes Cartology so unique. As Agency Strategy Lead, Georgia works closely with our brilliant sales team, helping agencies tap into the magic of Cartology’s rich customer data. Her focus? Showing just how creative and strategic we can get with it! Fun fact: Georgia and her partner are passionate foodies who adore cooking. They're Woolies regulars with a trolley of 50+ items every shop – from multiple types of anchovies to adobo chilies. 🛒 Welcome to the team, Georgia!

Find out how Tilda Rice cooked up a sales storm! 🍚 We teamed up with Tilda Rice and Lionize - A Reason Group Company to measure the impact of their Retail out of home campaign, where advertising was strategically placed along the path-to-purchase, in close proximity to supermarkets. Sales metrics demonstrated that stores linked to their media investment outperformed the control group of stores and the results speak for themselves: 💥 2.5x boost in sales 💥 1.6x more units sold 💥 1.5x increase in transactions These results are a testament to the power of customer-led advertising, with clear sales uplifts across the Tilda Rice range. Our Retail out of home network continues to drive real, measurable outcomes in-store—turning visibility into real value and getting brands closest to the right customers! https://lnkd.in/gAcd6fmy Source: Cartology Woolworths Scan Data
