Being involved in elite sports is a privilege—witnessing the world’s best athletes perform at the highest level every day is truly inspiring.
Yet, despite being surrounded by high performance, I often find it challenging to stay active myself. Like many, I know the physical and mental benefits of exercise, but maintaining motivation can still be a struggle.
That’s why, in February 2024, I organised the first Catapult Challenge—a global initiative to encourage exercise and healthy competition among my colleagues. This year, we’ve taken it even further!
🚀 Catapult Challenge 2025 has brought together 120 people across the globe, collectively logging 3,000 hours of activity. The impact has been incredible, proving once again that exercise isn’t just about physical health—it’s just as crucial for mental well-being.
The research is clear: regular movement boosts focus, productivity, and resilience. But beyond the data, the most rewarding part of this challenge has been seeing our team come together, support one another, and embrace the power of being active.
It’s been a privilege to organise and lead this challenge once again, and I’m already looking forward to next year!
