Hello Australia! We are proud to announce the launch of Coacher, a centralized platform where football staff and clubs all across the country can interact, providing you the opportunity you deserve. As a fellow coach, I understood the struggle of searching for a job in football that suit our needs. Coaches often compromise their potential in this industry, as building a network of connections feels unsurmountable and impossible. Currently in our football industry, there is a real lack of a job board that prioritizes the needs of the clubs it serves. Job boards like linkedIn, facebook, glassdoor etc aren't really ideal for our industry, as there is a real struggle to target the right demographic. Finding quality talent, that helps the club function properly is a real time commitment that, among other major tasks like, managing players, maintaining infrastructure and raising funding, can get lost in the priority list and result in poor management choices. At Coacher, my team and I are trying to solve this problem by creating a centralized platform where clubs and coaches all across the country can interact, providing clubs with the platform to hire their personalized choice of talent who are often undiscovered or unconsidered, but with the power of Coacher, celebrated as new connections.
