WMK Head Office 👏 Complete were engaged by McCormack to carry out the Electrical & Communications works at WMK Architecture new Head Office in the prestige 9 Castlereagh St building in Sydney. The works consisted of a new Split Chassis Distribution Board, Dynalite DALI Lighting Controls, General Power, Panduit Cat-6A Structured Cabling Solution & floor boxes. Partnering with luxury automotive manufacturer Volkswagen Group, Hunter Mason undertook an extensive refurbishment of the Audi flagship building on South Dowling Street, Zetland. The scope of the works included several key elements; a whole floor conversion from a service centre to an office environment, a new interconnecting stair that spirals each between floor with a sleek steel finish to align to their brand standards. An upgraded breakout space and additional office space to support their growing workforce. A multi floor external façade upgrade, and the addition of an entirely new reception area on ground floor. In partnership with the consultant team Turner & Townsend, Siren Design Group and ADP Consulting Pty Ltd, Hunter Mason led the design finalisation phase of the project to overcome a number of inherent design challenges at the site to deliver a truly stunning end result. #HunterMason #ConstructionManagement #NSWconstruction #VolkswagenGroup #refurbishment #conversion
