He has extensive experience in leading all aspects of multi-user bulk infrastructure, including in operations, marketing, commercial negotiation, and corporate affairs. Samuel Morillon is the Managing Director of Australia and Vice President of Pacific at Siemens Energy, responsible for Australia, South Korea, and Japan. Morillon first joined Siemens in 2011 as Vice President of Strategy and Sales, where he focused on developing and implementing key strategy initiatives and development pipelines for France, Southwest Europe, and Africa. Later in 2017, he was assigned a leadership position as Chief Executive Officer for Siemens SSK Iran. Following the company’s spin-off from Siemens in January 2020, he assumed the role as Managing Director for Siemens Energy France where he played a pivotal role in leading the country carve-out process and setting company’s strategic direction. He is based in Asia Pacific since 2021 and is responsible for driving company performance and leading it to a profitable growth. Morillon was previously Chief Operating Officer at Cybion, a Franco-Italian venture focusing on digital business intelligence. During his tenure with the company, he successfully increased the market penetration rate of internet capabilities in the European industries. Prior to joining Cybion, he had a 10-year long and successful career with Michelin Tyres where he held different technical and global leadership positions. Before dedicating his professional life to strategy and innovation, Morillon was a field engineer with French Atomic Agency after completing his engineering degree with the Institute of Mechanics of Paris. In addition, he holds an MSc in Finance from the ESC Clermont Business School in France and an MBA from INSEAD (France-Singapore). He is a strong advocate of marine protection, devoting his spare time to helping non-governmental organizations in promoting healthy oceans. He is an avid diving instructor and shares passion for geopolitics. A key part of her work is focussed on implementing the long-term vision for the decarbonisation of AGIG’s infrastructure through renewable gases such as hydrogen and biomethane. At AGIG, Kristin has played a key role in the development and delivery of several renewable gas projects such as Hydrogen Park South Australia, Hydrogen Park Gladstone and Hydrogen Park Murray Valley, including through the related stakeholder and community engagement programs. She also holds responsibility for AGIG’s internal communications. Kristin has close to 15 years’ experience in the energy industry, including across economic regulation, policy and energy forecasting.   • 👏 We are excited to share that Mr. David Parker, Chair of Clean Energy Regulator will be joining us at Connecting Green Hydrogen APAC 2025 #CGHA2025 – The industry's biggest hydrogen event in Australia and APAC, fostering regional and global collaboration, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 17-18 July 2025. Together, we 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 🌍 – 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 ✨. David Parker was appointed Chair of the Clean Energy Regulator on 3 July 2017. David was previously a Deputy Secretary in the Departments of Agriculture and Water Resources, the Department of the Environment and the Commonwealth Treasury. David has qualifications in economics and law. With a career spanning more than 25 years with Treasury, David has worked on financial sector liberalisation, tax reform, macroeconomic forecasting and policy, competition policy, energy policy and international economic issues. More recently he also oversaw Water, Antarctica and National Parks, elements of Climate Change policy, trade negotiations and export market regulation. From 1997 to 2002 David worked at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris.
