We are pleased to announce the breaking ground of Republic in Spotswood, with returning clients, Incore Developments. Republic is a 10,600m² multi-use development featuring the renovation of the existing heritage building and the addition of new double storey office, retail and warehouse buildings. Corplex is delighted to commence this project for Incore Developments and we’re committed to delivering another high-quality build and exceptional results for our client. 

We are proud to showcase the completion of the new state of the art refrigeration facility at 572 Clayton Rd, Clayton. This project has been a collaborative effort between Corplex, AuOro Developments and Home Delivery Services for the last 3 years from concepts and planning to design and construction.   This design and construct project delivers a 8,300m2 temperature controlled facility with a 600m2 double storey office and 1,400m2 of canopies located on approx. 16,000m2 site. With a combination of Freezers, Chillers and Ante rooms, extra-heavy-duty concrete and multi-level sprinkler systems, this building will facilitate Home Delivery Service’s continual business expansion with its prime location to the city’s inner suburbs.   We have worked closely with the operations team at Home Delivery Services as well as our consultants and contractors to achieve a very impressive result. This project features a brand new refrigerated warehouse in Clayton, purpose-built to store chilled and frozen temperature classes using industry-leading solar panelling for minimal environmental impact. Our team has successfully installed a comprehensive racking solution, including Selective Pallet Racking with double deep storage and Deepstor racking in the Freezer and Chiller rooms.
