CMG’s Pilot Plant test work has officially kicked off! CMG’s Managing Director, Scott Winter, and Non-Executive Director, Stuart McClure were excited to visit Brisbane Met Labs at the start of the pilot scale test work for the Lindfield Project. The test work commenced with the scrubbing of the TLB-A horizon which essentially separates the fines fraction containing the vanadium from the coarse material through a wet tumbling process. The pilot plant test work has been in the planning over the last few months and now that it has commenced it will continue through the remainder of the process flow sheet over the coming months. This is fantastic progress for CMG and we are looking forward to sharing the results as we progress through the testing. Thank you to Chris Bucknell and the Team at Brisbane Met Labs for your hard work. #VanadiumProcessing #MineralBeneficiation #criticalmineralsgroup #vanadium Art Malone Nicola Semler Alan Broome AM I.ENG F.AusIMM FAICD FICME FIMMM CFInstD Steven Kovac Jasmine McCormack

Leading the way in renewable energy transitions
About us
Critical Minerals Group (CMG) was founded on our outlook for a global shift to decarbonisation and electrification, which is strongly underpinned by our ESG principles. CMG is focused on the critical minerals required for energy storage, electric vehicles and renewable energy. Our strategy revolves around acquiring, developing and producing critical mineral deposits that are now required for a renewable and sustainable future. Our strict ESG principles mean we will focus on utilising carbon neutral processes including Solar, Hydrogen power fleet and Vanadium Redox Batteries. Our flagship tenement, the Lindfield Vanadium and HPA project covers 295km² in the Julia Creek area of Northwestern Queensland, Australia. The tenement lies within the vast Toolebuc Formation, a sedimentary unit that covers a large area of Queensland. This formation is recognized as one of the largest deposits of vanadium in the world. Critical Minerals Group is a 100% owner of the Lindfield Vanadium Exploration Project, Figtree Creek Project and Lorena Surrounds Project.

A new critical minerals facility in South East Queensland is set to boost our clean energy storage supply chain⚡ Critical Minerals Group Ltd will establish a demonstration scale vanadium electrolyte manufacturing facility with support from the Queensland Critical Minerals and Battery Technology Fund. The future facility will produce one million litres of vanadium electrolyte for use in vanadium redox flow batteries. An example Electrolyser unit that produces vanadium electrolyte is pictured below. Global demand for vanadium is expected to boom in line with our storage needs of renewable energy. Queensland’s deposits of critical minerals help position us to capitalise on this opportunity. Critical Minerals Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with the Queensland Government through which it has been allocated up to $2 million as a grant under the Queensland Critical Minerals and Battery Technology Fund. The grant will partially fund the development of CMG's vanadium electrolyte manufacturing facility planned to be completed, installed, and commissioned in South East Queensland by the end of 2025. The facility is a key part of CMG's ongoing strategy and will be designed to produce vanadium electrolyte suitable for use in vanadium redox flow batteries. Excited to receive the grant, CMG's Managing Director, Scott Winter, said: "CMG’s strategy is to be a premium producer of vanadium battery products and we are excited to be starting the downstream manufacturing part of that strategy. "With the global demand for vanadium increasing each year, CMG’s vanadium electrolyte manufacturing demonstration plant is intended to contribute to the sustainable use of Queensland’s rich mineral deposits and to increase the production and supply of vanadium redox flow batteries. CMG will be well positioned to support the deployment of medium to long term vanadium battery storage in the renewable energy zones being established in key areas of Queensland. “The Queensland Government continues to demonstrate its commitment to the critical minerals sector, and we look forward to working with the State to strengthen Queensland’s position in the global vanadium industry.” Read CMG's full ASX Announcement below.
