At DECJUBA Foundation, we are proud to support Home Bound under our EXPERIENCE pillar. This bold Betty Amsden Participation Program by artists Daniel Kok and Luke George is designed to weave communities and cultures together—literally—through a massive social tapestry installation at Arts Centre Melbourne. Presented as part of Asia TOPA 2025, Home Bound will bring together unlikely collaborators and materials to create a giant woven artwork that tells Melbourne's diverse stories. Want to be part of this? Whether you’re a weaver, knitter, sailor, or just have fibres to donate, Home Bound is calling for contributions, join here > https://lnkd.in/g-Y2y2GQ
About us
In 2008, Founder & CEO Tania Austin relaunched DECJUBA with a clear mission - to deliver amazing at every touchpoint. Today, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing their footprint from 5 stores to over 140 stores and two online sites. With plans to extend its retail footprint even further with 10 new locations over the next 3 months, this is an exciting time to join the team. Over the past twelve years, DECJUBA has significantly expanded its product offering and launched two additional brands - D-LUXE Basics in 2016 and DECJUBA Kids in 2017. DECJUBA has since gone on to establish #AMAZING well beyond fashion. Our #DREAMTEAM is predominantly female led, with over 1400 team members across our stores and head office. Through the culmination of years of philanthropic work, in 2021 the DECJUBA Foundation was established - inspired by the belief that everyone deserves #AMAZING. By 2025, the DECJUBA Foundation will work towards positively impacting over 25 million lives. In 2022, DECJUBA also launched our Sustainability Strategy with a mission to become Australia’s most responsible fashion label. DECJUBA is committed to positively impacting lives & creating real, sustainable change locally and globally. They are a team that work, live, and breathe their values of honesty, bravery, integrity, innovation, and optimism.

Today we welcomed over 40 partners from 20 charities to DECJUBA’s Head Office for our very first DECJUBA Foundation Summit! The day kicked off with a special experience with The Australian Ballet, followed by an unforgettable keynote from our newest partner, Samantha Nutt — Founder of War Child — who joined us from Toronto, Canada. We also hosted an inspiring panel discussion featuring Hunter Johnson from The Man Cave, Sarah La Roche from Smiling Mind, Siân Gibson from War Child, and Rebecca Cowan from the Good Friday Appeal —we were all left truly inspired. Thank you to everyone who joined us today, and made our inaugural summit an unforgettable experience filled with education, inspiration, and celebration. Together, we will continue to leave the world more amazing than we found it! Gill Whelan Tania Austin

At DECJUBA, we are proud to announce a new three-year DECJUBA Foundation partnership with War Child, a specialist charity for children and young people affected by conflict. Through this partnership, we are committed to funding high-quality digital education opportunities each year for children in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). To mark this AMAZING announcement, we had the pleasure of hearing from trailblazing changemaker and Founder of War Child USA and Canada, Dr. Samantha Nutt, who shared in the importance of our new partnered program—Digital Education for Children and Juveniles: United for Better Achievement (DECJUBA) Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This new partnership is in line with our EDUCATION pillar and part of our Foundation's mission to positively impact 25 million lives by 2025 by creating real, sustainable change through long-term, meaningful partnerships.
