I am doing some interesting work, attempting to research what % of searches in a particular industry are up for grabs each month. IE Unbranded search terms where people are looking for a provider. A major player dominates some industries, whereas others are quite spread out regarding brand choice. But every month that goes by, at least 15-20% of search queries are up for grabs. Where a searcher has yet to choose a brand ( or doesn't know a brand) that they want to do business with, these unbranded search queries are on offer every single month. We are trying to crack the code of connecting our customers with this untapped 20%. This will be part of a new feature we will launch around Local Intelligence.
