We asked Sara Ciappara, one of our Senior Partnership Managers to share her thoughts on what she’s noticed this World Mental Health Month, and here's what she had to say: "I’ve seen a noticeable rise in the uptake of our EAP services, especially from newer clients. There’s also been a surge in utilisation across many of our other accounts. It’s clear that more organisations are prioritising health and wellbeing in the workplace, with business leaders promoting and educating their teams more actively. Utilisation rates are up compared to this time last year, which is a promising sign that businesses are becoming more proactive in caring for their workforce." 🌿💼 This is great feedback and exciting to see this change happening in organisations across Australia! Let us know in the comments below if you have noticed any changes in your company 😀 #WorldMentalHealthMonth #WellbeingAtWork #EAP #EmployeeWellness #LeadershipInWellbeing
