    Was cultured meat at Vogue on your bingo card for 2024? At Next In Vogue 2024, Singapore Vogue's landmark event, bringing together leading voices in innovation and culture, Forged presented their panel "Edible Futures: Imagining Food in 2050." How will we eat in the future? Forged sat down Chef Ivan Brehm, Chef Mirko Febrile, Christina Rasmussen, and Chef Hafizzul Hashim to answer. The chefs, creators, and disruptors transforming Singapore’s food landscape through bold innovations, spoke through the evolution underway in the food industry, plus visions for the future of gastronomy and what this means for the dining experiences of tomorrow and into 2050. TLDR; The future of food is now (in select restaurants in Singapore) and it's not farm to table — it's Forged. You could take it from us, but maybe it's better to take it from an audience member, "One of the highlights was the talk about imagining food in 2050 with Singapore’s top chefs and Sarah Separovich from Vow. Their cultured Japanese quail parfait not only challenged my food beliefs but was also an amazing culinary experience."

    Last night, Vow took out AFR’s Future Ready Award! The only catch? We don’t have the award. Veronica, who attended the Gala, took it home and we haven’t heard word from her about it since.
