We proudly support Little BIG Foundation's Good Work program, fostering community and connection within our properties. Our team enjoyed sharing cultural experiences this week and building stronger relationships with our tenants. Find out more about the Good Work program https://lnkd.in/gMUWtSjR
Businesses and buildings across the Good Work portfolio took a break to make bubble tea, participate in coffee cupping, learn how to make empanadas and check in with one another this week for #ruokday. Focusing on daily relationships and partnering with local businesses can profoundly impact connections beyond one-day events. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible partners who initiated meaningful conversations by sharing their family recipes, travel stories, and passion for their craft. We are especially grateful to EG Funds, Marprop Real Estate Investors, CBRE and Knight Frank for embracing the Good Work program in their buildings. Every day is the right day for a conversation. We are also grateful to the Community Led Safe Space Inner West Sydney who host monthly coffee and conversation opportunities in our Sydney buildings. Little BIG aims to reduce loneliness by inspiring communities to connect better so that they can help one another through difficult times. #connection #officecommunity #ESG

Please join us for the premiere screening of the short film When a Knight Jumps from 6pm at Ritz Cinemas Randwick on Thursday, 12th September. EG is a proud sponsor of the debut short film by writer/director Brittany Frappell. Brittany is a youth worker and filmmaker who has experience with youth homelessness and suicide prevention through her volunteer work with Stepping Stone House. The film was created in partnership with Stepping Stone House, which provided opportunities for young people facing homelessness and mental health challenges to gain first-hand work experience across different aspects of the film's production. The film screening will donate all profits back to Stepping Stone House to continue providing these unique opportunities to at-risk youth. Held on R U OK? Day, the film is here to spark a conversation between the ones you love. Everyone invited is encouraged to come to the space to meet industry people or make new positive connections. Don't miss out. In today's competitive real estate market, including amenities has become a standard practice. While amenities can enhance property appeal, they're not a guaranteed pathway to long-term profitability or ESG success without thoughtful activation. Little BIG Foundation is leading the way in creating activated amenities that foster community and reduce loneliness. By inspiring communities to connect better, they demonstrate that places where people feel a sense of belonging are more likely to achieve ESG and financial goals. Thank you, Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific, for the opportunity to share Little BIG's experiences. Little BIG aims to reduce loneliness by inspiring communities to connect better. It was founded by and receives ongoing support from EG Funds. https://lnkd.in/gHc5FVpx

Today, EG partnered with Institutional Real Estate, Inc. and Hall & Wilcox to deliver a real estate symposium for global thought leaders in Melbourne. This exclusive event brought together top-tier global thought leaders to discuss the latest trends and opportunities in the industry. Our Managing Director and CIO, Chris Pak, shared valuable insights during a panel discussion on the outlook of global real estate. He focused on the potential of alternative real estate sectors, particularly in health and life sciences. Additionally, Chris discussed the benefits of private credit working hand in glove with real estate equity. We're grateful to Reno S. and the team at IREI, and our co-sponsors, Hall & Wilcox, for organising such a successful event. It was an invaluable opportunity to connect with industry peers and explore emerging trends.
