Specialising in made to order salads with an Asian-inspired twist, we sought to become a platform that could empower people to make healthier decisions by turning salads into a lifestyle. Fishbowl Hawthorn is now open! It's been a great first week welcoming new customers, training new team members and sharing the celebrations with other businesses in the area. We trialled a new range of house sodas, gifted treats like yuzu/avocado gelatos and matcha canelés courtesy of some local stores (thanks Via Porta and Kori Ice Cream). Three commissioned paintings for our NYC store were utilised in the space, these are by Marty Baptist (Byron Bay) and as always, bespoke furniture and design by Telegraph Road, all hand made in the Blue Mountains. Now serving, 11am-9pm, everyday, 698 Glenferrie Rd.

We’re opening in New York. Once a dream and something we always wanted to do. Now a reality. The store build is underway and the pressure is on. Feels like we’re starting all over again and building from the bottom. This is exactly where we want to be, kids in the big Apple, keen to take a bite.
